Among all the serious discussion journals...

I just would like to announce that the first time in about a week I managed to sleep more than 3 hours. I slept in two sets...6 hours, then 9 hours. I feel freaking great. Freaking YES! I feel wonderful now! just leatting ya know, I'm alive.

And now I'm going to start these biggest losers workouts on the Wii. Meaning I've officially, and almost unexpectedly started on a diet.

I'm 5'7 and 309 pounds. The GOOD part is that despite being big and outta shape, I'm only out of shape for the standards of someone of a weaker constitution than  me, like...someone my build is usual a couch potato...I, am not entirely one of those. Hell, I'm 5'7 and can still kick above my head with little stretching beforehand. :3 So yeah, hopefully I can pull this off.

I aim at dropping 58 pounds in the next 12 weeks. And as fast as time goes for me, hopefully this should be a breeze.

On another note about all that seriousness...I'm planning on leaving the serious parts of me behind. Well, at least the serious parts of me that have been bothering me. Once upon a time as a few of you may remember, ya never really saw me angsting or huffing about things. So, I'm changing up my routine in order to well...bring me back to who I once was before my life imploded on me a couple years ago. Working out, eating better, stuff like that. Who knows, maybe this will start bringing me back to where I wanna be, and maybe even better. Wish me luck folks!

Edit: Wishing me luck probably wasn't the best idea. Immediately after showering, I slipped in the bathtub and cut my knee, and sprained my left wrist. XD Ha ha...dat luck.

Still gonna keep going anyways.

=3 good to hear you are feelin good Mavy! an good luck on the weightloss, i need to get myself back in shape too, been so lazy lately an gained like 20 lbs -_- darn grandma an her DELICIOUS COOKIES >n<

With me, I've just gotten lazy due to lack of motivation. My bad sleeping, lacking of talking to others and in general tired of everything, has caused me not to want to do much, and it's had an impact on my weight, and probably a HUGE source of my non-social behavior and moreso, my negativity, something that I want to turn around.

Glad you're doing well. Good luck on your diet! Be careful in the shower. =x [hugs] Keep at it, though. There will be lots of 'bumps and bruises' along the way, so just power through them. =3

I know what it's like first hand Mavy. I used to weigh around 330 pounds back in 1999. I had gotten down to 183 and due in part to my own stupidity and the other part being dealing with gout attacks in one foot or the other. (Just recently another type of pain in my right foot that I'm just about fully recovered from) I regained a bit of that weight because I'm now 235 pounds.
Because of this weigh gain I can't wear my leather collar on the third notch as comfortably.  

Time for me to get back to walking around the block for an hour.
