I just would like to announce that the first time in about a week I managed to sleep more than 3 hours. I slept in two sets...6 hours, then 9 hours. I feel freaking great. Freaking YES! I feel wonderful now! just leatting ya know, I'm alive.
And now I'm going to start these biggest losers workouts on the Wii. Meaning I've officially, and almost unexpectedly started on a diet.
I'm 5'7 and 309 pounds. The GOOD part is that despite being big and outta shape, I'm only out of shape for the standards of someone of a weaker constitution than me, like...someone my build is usual a couch potato...I, am not entirely one of those. Hell, I'm 5'7 and can still kick above my head with little stretching beforehand. :3 So yeah, hopefully I can pull this off.
I aim at dropping 58 pounds in the next 12 weeks. And as fast as time goes for me, hopefully this should be a breeze.
On another note about all that seriousness...I'm planning on leaving the serious parts of me behind. Well, at least the serious parts of me that have been bothering me. Once upon a time as a few of you may remember, ya never really saw me angsting or huffing about things. So, I'm changing up my routine in order to well...bring me back to who I once was before my life imploded on me a couple years ago. Working out, eating better, stuff like that. Who knows, maybe this will start bringing me back to where I wanna be, and maybe even better. Wish me luck folks!
Edit: Wishing me luck probably wasn't the best idea. Immediately after showering, I slipped in the bathtub and cut my knee, and sprained my left wrist. XD Ha ha...dat luck.
Still gonna keep going anyways.
