Anyone experiencing login and password reset problems in the last 15 hours should now try again.
A problem with our firewall configuration was preventing the Google reCaptcha image challenge software from working on the server side. This was giving a "Socket Error" and other odd behavior to anyone trying to log in or change passwords. The problem is now resolved.
