Taking on a few, let's see how this works out. Open until it says closed in the top line.
NEW: My method has changed, there's very little difference between what I do to sketch and ink anymore, so those two tiers have been merged into Lines.
Lines: $30, +$20 per character.
Dramatic inking (think an attempt at marvel): Add 10 per character.
Greyscale: Add 10 per character.
Color: $60, +$40 per character.
In the case of greyscale and color, please specify whether you want soft or hard shading, or I'll pick what seems to fit.
For backgrounds, the following are FREE:
- Transparent
- Single color
- Simple gradient/pattern
- Simple hint at perspective
- Or just letting me draw whatever background feels like it fits. This might get super fancy, it might be simple. Feeling lucky?
For complex backgrounds, the price will have to be negotiated. But I tend toward wanting to include them, so I might undershoot in terms of cost if I charge anything at all. If you want no background at all, please make sure to specify that too.
DISCOUNTS:
-Half off for 'random' characters. Give me as little as species or gender for a character you want in a role and free reign otherwise, or leave it totally random, and take half off that character. Great if you can think of a predator but not a prey, or want to add characters reacting to the scene or background variety.
NOTE: All prices are in USD to look smaller than CAD and for sheer number of people using it. If you'd rather send CAD that's awesome and preferred, but assume the number looks ~30% bigger even though it's the same amount of money. Conversions!
CONTENT:
Only hard no is underage anything. Everything else can be discussed. I don't take money until the work's done to satisfaction, but that also means if I don't think I can do a good job on something I won't take it on. Won't judge for whatever it is, or anything.
Also available, prices variable: Comics, 2D animations, sequences, inking/coloring existing sketches (if they're yours or I receive written permission), flatting, avatars, other stuff.
PMing on here is probably the best way to catch my attention. Haven't been the biggest fan historically of using IMs for this kind of thing but discord of Maxtwenty#7442 probably works.
