EuroInkbunners: What about a meet or a dinner at EF?

There's so many of us out there! many more than they're willing to admit o.o

Why not meeting up with your fellow Inkbunners for a collective dinner or just a meet in the hotel?

have organized the same in MFF other years with quite success!

I'm not from Berlin, but I'm gonna be there for some days before the con (thanks to

DakkaWoof

!) so I could try to take a look at some place.

Looking forward to hear your thoughts! (if any x'D)

Well, not necessarily. I mean, I'm not planning on putting ads around or anything, but an IB gather to just go have dinner together is something nobody should frown upon, and if they do.. well, it's like.. if one day I get banned from a con just because I'm an IB admin and I'm into cub, then yeah, I'd understand people being scared of voicing their kinks, but that hasn't happened! (yet!)

The meetup I organized was not easy to do, and required two months of lead time. I can come up with ways to make it easier now, but back then, I didn't know what the term 'self hosting' really meant.

Being in Berlin, it'll be easier to select a venue, hopefully, than it was for Rosemont. There were four realistic candidates for a venue who could hold 60+. I can speak more regarding details some other time; sorry it took me a while to come here and purr your journal up.

Ah, it's ok, Soggy! Thanks a lot! but as you can see, this has had not much repercusion :) Maybe if I had come individually to furs that I know they're going, organize it a bit more on telegram or something, it'd have been better. Maybe some other time!

It'll be a lot easier to call a place to reserve a table for say, 20, a day in advance than it was for me to organize a 70 person banquet.

I know this wa made like 2 months ago but I want to ask some things. One is what con is being spoken of? And, when would a thing like this happen again? I would love to join next time an meet you and anyone else.

The con is Eurofurence, the biggest con in Europe, which takes place in Berlin every august! :) Lots of people to meet there and really fun con! Can't miss it!

Europe?! Wow! That will be quiet a bit of money to get to Europe from North carolina in the US. I'm sure this will be in my bucketlist next year. I'd love to meet you. :3

Still not sure that I'll be able to go this year, though, as I'm planning to do both brazil and argentina furfests, which are in july-august. If I finally don't go there, I'll for sure be in EF!
