. I've been having some internet issues, so i haven't been able to do much online til now. I've stolen Ace's ethernet cable since the laptop can't connect to the wifi. However, i think i know why...
My laptop almost committed not-alive in Atlanta airport, while i was in transit. My bag fell to the tile floor of the bathroom (i certainly haven't missed the us' very public public bathrooms) and i heard a crack. After having been awake for at least 40 hours and spent most of that time stuck in july 14th i wasn't in the right headspace to check it on site so i had to wait til i came home. The aftermath: the casing's fucked and falling apart, but the rest of the device is still intact so i consider it a win! However, it seems utterly unwilling to connect to our wifi, which makes us think the receiver might've paid the ultimate price. So for now i'm having to steal the ethernet cable, which means we can't be online at the same time but oh well. He's at work, he won't miss it uwu
So anyhow yeah! I'm back in the states, and apart from the laptop issues and the fact that i've already gained at least 20 kilos just by existing in the land of bbq and high fructose corn syrup, i'm having a splendid time with my family on the other side of the pond <3 Hopefully this'll also get the creative juices flowing again as they've sorely been lacking lately lol~
thank you! We'll certainly look into one, so far it's been working really well with an ethernet cable so i might stick with it while i'm here. Hopefully it'll still work back home, and i won't have to fork out the cash for one of those network adapters... ;w;
