- good art takes time and good health. so please don't rush me.
-please provide a proper reference sheet upon ordering any commission from me. or a highly detailed description. if your character changes while I'm doing the art then you MUST tell me.
2: i only take payment in USD through Paypal
3: Please pay before I start.
-This is to avoid being scammed by anyone.
- Don't bite more than you can afford to chew.
-BY PURCHASING MATURE ARTWORK YOU ARE CONFIRMING TO BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER
- You Will NOT get any WIPs until I am paid. This is again so I won't be scammed.
-All payments must be paid within 48 hours of commissions being purchased.
-I dont do refunds, I can't afford them as all money goes directly to Food and other necessities
4: No complaining about prices or spamming. These comments will be removed
5: regarding my Sonas
{Sona information - read before commenting}
Each and every of my Sonas are a representation of MYSELF , Please understand and Respect that.
Sexual Harassment towards these - and therefore towards ME - Will NOT be tolerated.
My Sonas shall NOT be drawn together with any characters of yours.
My Sonas shall only be drawn together with my Husband's characters
Please ask beforehand regarding SFW PLATONIC RELATED Artwork.
ANY UNPERMITTED SEXUAL ARTWORK CONTAINING ANY OF MY SONAS AND YOUR CHARACTERS WILL BE REPORTED
None of my characters are your sex toys or breeding machines.
6: Do NOT use my art for any NFT purposes:
-If you are caught doing this you will be banned from buy art, and if any art is in progress during that time it will be dropped and the down payment will be kept as compensation for breaking TOS.
7: You are only allowed 2 commissions (1 breedable per person as well) at a time. No more stacking up. This is to coincide with another rule. rule #3 all payments due within 48 hrs (unless specifically given a day that payment is promised -buyer's payday- )
8: please exercise common sense. if you are not suppose to have your character(s) drawn with others then do NOT attempt to commission it. If you do and it somehow comes back on me, money will be kept as collateral for the harassment and you WILL be banned
9: If you adopted a character from me there are a few things you must keep in mind.
- Don't change the design to where it is unrecognizable to me
- Don't resell the design without telling me first and telling me who it is going to, and for more than you got them for
- Don't steal or abuse the designs by me you see or buy.
- Please USE them.
10: if I ask questions regarding your commission/custom please try to get back to me asap or I cant complete the drawing/character you asked for. Same goes for you guys having questions. Don't be scared to ask me
- If anything needs changed on the character/drawing let me know when I give the WIPs I provide as I work on the thing you requested.
Edit prices: -mostly apply to YCHs done on bases-
Tiny edits (like doing a bunny nose silt of removing eyelashes) : Free
Big edits (muzzle edits, Hair edits, unique ears, extra tuffs or similar on body): $5-$15 depending on complexity
Huge Edits (body changes like leg/arm edits, giant detailed tails) : $15-$35 depending on complexity
Big/Huge edits can result in UNSHADED VERSIONS only
11: do not harass any of my other customers, friends, or family I do not want that business anywhere around me. This includes unwanted affection/attention. If people say no, stop, they do not like it, ect that means STOP.
12: If any of these are broken and you repeatedly harass/pester me about a piece then I will drop your commission to the end of the list and if it continues, cancel your commission and keep the funds as compensation if harassment/pestering continues!!
13: I have every right to refuse any business with you.
- I am not required to give you a reason as to why I may not sell anything to you.
- I will not work with blank accounts (No Icon/No Submission/Newly made) or sell anything to such This counts for both paid and free work. Your comment will be hidden.
- If you have an active account on other places (Twitter/DeviantArt/Weasyl) you must clarify it if your account on here is blank.
- Please note that it can be seen as red flag if you try to purchase anything with an empty account. Therefore there are people that will refuse any business
with blank accounts.
- I will not work with you if you do Cub Porn/Similar. Block me and never interact with me in anyway.
