Back in my day...

by
I miss the days where I was younger and my brain was less developed, where I could play the same three video games on the Super Nintendo every single day for ages and not get bored.

I really miss the simplicity.

Welcome to my world! Everything seemed to be more entertaining back then. Hell it was even easier to be entertained too. Times change I suppose.

For me I find it's less getting bored... More not finding time to invest in games, so when I do play them I have this nagging "I should be doing something else" feeling...
As such I often go back to old stuff I know I like rather than trying anything new I might not....
More effective use of free time.. Which has been an increasingly rare commodity in my adult years..

Yes. Full agreement. Now I have some 200 or so games and so little urge to play any of them for longer then half an hour to an hour. -.- Ugh.

eh we get like that. ok to miss when things were simpler but the sad truth on that front is that simpler time never really existed, it was only simple because to a kid everything really is simple but to our parents and grand parents they have to deal with the stuff at the time.

if you want my advice, your best just chilling out and listening to and doing stuff that make you feel nostalgic. its a good way to forget about the world for a little bit.
