As for furraffinity, it has a third-party archiver - http://furarchiver.net/ - that you can use, just copy-paste the artist name (THE ONE ON THE FILENAMES AND IN THE BROWSERBAR) into it and, when it's working, it'll download ded/deleted galleries for you
If there are ther ded sites to archive, use Kemono - https://kemono.party/ - it archives things AS LONG AS YOU HAVE SOME CONNECTION TO SAID THING, For example the patreon archive ONLY archives the tier YOU YOURSELF have paid for - don't expect it to archive higher tiers if your only paying the minimum. This is important because it archives things like Gumroad, so people who have payed for something that has later been made unavailable have a reason to use this method.
