I've seen a few people suggest random ideas for the site since it opened, but somehow despite blacklisting tags being such a major feature I've never seen the opposite suggested. I've been contemplating this sort of feature for quite a while and I think it could be a rather useful one for people who want to customize their IB experience even further.
I would sort of like to see a whitelist capability applied to ratings or tags. Artists whose work I want to see regardless of what tags or ratings their artwork has. Like I am very, very, veeeeerrrrrrrrry particular about scat and would like to for the most part block it entirely, but perhaps one artist I know does scat work that I actually like? It'd be nice to just click a button that says, "Show this persons work no matter what blocked words/ratings" instead of having to turn on blank thumbnails for everything site wide.
Another example, I know @LittleMissFortunes doesn't like mature or adult artwork and blocks it, but would still like to be able to see all of my work. I know I can of course link her to it, but I'm sure there are a number of other people out there who for the most part don't want a ton of smut overwhelming them, but know a few artists whose porn they really like, or maybe they find an artist that is a little paranoid and marks things mature when it's really closer to general.
I'm just sorta curious what my watchers think, because I've thought about this for a while and haven't really come up with too many negatives aside from it perhaps ending up confusing depending on its implementation. Any thoughts?
