Anyone know of any good ones? does any even LIKE monkey characters? I've noticed a distinct antagonism towards them on f-list, which is kinda odd... but I'm curious
I think monkeys are too human-like for most furries and have too much of a connection to racial caricature for most folk in general to be comfortable. Only Asian monkeys (e.g. Sun Wukong) seem to be free of this stigma
Most artists who draw a lot of munk tend to specifically draw Donkey Kong characters, Nitro is one such artist I think?

Thats kinda the thought I've been having. There is, of course, some merit in the too-human look, but I'd have thought we'd be well past the dehumanizing racial nature of that but then again, I'm a white boy, so...
