Welcome to our Advertising Policy from our Internet TV Station (OneNETtv Channel). When it comes to advertise before or after the next programme (or even during our newscast, events, etc.)... Here's the short guidelines on that:
1. Real advertisements in Chat Box is fine, unless it's subjected for the approval within under a week to review. 2. Fake Advertisements will be permanently discouraged as considered for a Cease & Desist order at the Philippine Advertisement Law. If we deter the fake ads with your statement and a link like "Book your regional hotels now at https://cebuhotels.ph!" for example, you will be temporarily banned all for a single (1) month and to be resetted shortly after this scheduled date expires. Repeated ones with a different or similar names, even with your Proxy or VPN for an instance = insta-permabanned for now. 3. We carefully regulate the advertisements very seriously (between the TV & Radio spot inserts during the commercial breaks). Our advertisement team will review to promote your local, regional, national or international brands, sponsorships and paid advertisements such as elections and other occasional events. TV & Movie trailers, previews and others stuffs are OK to do so (as long as you support our station to your local brands upon making us more money for advertising in advance). 4. Blocktimers & Newscasts in Advertisements is also OK, during only for your show per programme. and 5. Upon submitting your own advertisements, you will be automatically accepted our T&C in our previous IB journal.
