Okay, I’m going to say I’m not that comfortable with journals. I always had trouble with figuring out what to put in one back in school, guess it was another lesson that I missed out on, due to speech therapy. So, in an attempt to fix that, I’ll be posting some random ideas and scenarios that pop into my head. Most of the stuff I’ll be post in these journals are going to be things that I wouldn’t be able to make or develop, for one reason or another. I think I’ll call these journals, Twisted Ideas. Anyways, I hope some of these twisted ideas can inspire some art work, comics, or some stories in others.
Twisted idea:
The idea being a type of Therianthrope were-pig curse which has two variants: The Were-sow and the were-boar, these variant forms are known to the more experienced of the were-pigs. the former (were-sow) is the more common of the two (in terms of numbers) and is the form that victims become when infected with the curse, regardless of gender of the victim, they will sport much of the same features: a piggy snout, piggy ears, a very soft chubby build, piggy tail, several nipples along their large guts, piggy hoofed feet, piggy hoofed hands, and a curly piggy tail. After some time, were-sow’s human forms will develop the same soft chubby builds to make shifting between forms smoother and quicker. Eventually, most were-sows tends lose themselves to the curse, being unable to change back into their human forms, then eventually become nothing more than full sows.
Were-boars are the rarer of the two, only appearing as a summoned creature or are sired by another were-boar with a Were-sow. Were-boars are all males, sporting thick bristle fur and pronounced tusks in their beastly form, while their human forms are very masculine, with large muscled gut and thick facial hairs. A Were-boar tends to keep two or three Were-sows to breed with, more if they manage to gain a son or two. However, such a thing is a rare event since most offspring of these were-pigs are feral in body and mind. Therefore, certain conditions are needed for a were-boar piglet to be born. Were-boars tends to be power houses and live long lives, as long as no one finds out about their true nature and amass a large group of fighters to take them out. Most were-boars aren’t picky with who they decide on making into a were-sows, they all turn out the same and fill their new roll well.
The process of someone becoming a were-pig/sow is through the transfer of bodily liquids, usually through sex. Sloppy deep kissing would lead to infections of the curse, while sex will speed things along greatly. Male victims of this curse, required several breeding sessions with a were-boar over a few months before they start to carry their own litters of piglets, in the mean time they’ll help with the feeding of the other piglets the other were-sows had already birthed. Though there are cases where a newly infected are able to escape their were-boar captors, and unintentionally infect others before going through their first change if they haven’t already done so, therefore making a group of were-pigs, within these group, false boars develop, looking not much different from the sows, except for enlarged orbs, however, these groups don’t last long, usually getting eradicated by humans. Some of these escaped were-pigs will return to their boar, or come across a different were-boar and learn their fates as were-sows.
In ancient times, were-boars lived as pig farmers that lived in remote places, usually building homes into hill or cliff sides, where a cave might have been, making secret rooms to keep their were-sows locked up and hidden from possible travelers that may stumble upon their home. A were-boar needs to be careful of whom they turn into were-sows, in those olden times, or risk someone or a group to come after them. Though a were-boar with a few sons on his side can handle such dangers, and take great pleasure in owning a fallen hero into their harem of were-sows. In most cases, a were-boar’s were-sows harems are usually made up of lost merchants or travelers from a far off land. In some cases, the were-sows were orphans or beggars from a city or town that wasn’t too close to the were-boar’s place, lured in with the promise of food.
Most were-boars of this time practice cannibalism, to maintain control of their area. too many feral offspring leads to some getting away and become wild hogs, which would eat the other food sources in the area, leading to a food shortage for the were-boar. So, to maintain a small herd of pig, the were-boar will kill a number of newly born feral piglets, keeping a few to raise and then sell in one of the nearby towns. These were-boars will also slaughter barren were-sows, cause they be extra mouths with no uses. Though, some of the more twisted ones would slaughter a were-sow sooner, usually when the were-sow is little more than a regular sow, and may feed a bit of the old were-sow to their replacement.
In more modern times, these pig farmers are able to expand their pig farms, selling the feral offspring for a great profit, with some were-boar families expanding into food processing. Letting them buy or build new farms with larger secret rooms for a larger harem of were-sows to be locked up in. the selection of new were-sows have changed in the more modern time, being exclusively to employees, either the ones that accidently wonder into an area that they shouldn’t or ones destined for the special promotion a few months after getting hired. The destined ones are usually those who are overweight and have no one or nearly no one to look for them.
