By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and services.
Basic ToS:
-Payment expected within 24 hours of the Contract Agreement.
-Client will be sent a PayPal Invoice.
-Payment will be made in GBP on Paypal.
-Client can re-upload the image with credits given to myself in form of a link to my FA.
-Artwork cannot be used commercially, or claimed as your own.
-Refunds given based on how much of the work is done. (Check Section IV)
-I do not accept commissions from Clients under 18.
Detailed ToS:
Section I: Terminology
1. The Artist refers to the individual producing the Commission (a.k.a. me, Dynoddiprydain)
2. The Client refers to the individual purchasing the Commission.
3. The Commission refers to the artwork being produced by the Artist for the Client.
Section II: Copyright
1. The Artist retains full and exclusive rights to the Commissioned work.
2. The Client has permission to repost the Commission to wherever they would like.
a. The Client cannot claim the Commission to be their own, or use it for anything other than for Personal use.
b. The Client must provide proper credit to the Artist via a link to his FA in the description of the post.
c. The watermark/signature of the Artist must remains intact and unaltered.
d. The Client must not use my artwork as references for your own, whether tracing or re-purposing parts of the image.
3. Any and all characters/species being produced in the Commission must be owned either by the Client or the Artist, unless permission has been granted by the original owner, or the Commission will likely fall under Fair Use.
4. Commissioned Artwork are for non-Commercial purposes only. It is prohibited to redistribute my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or social media pages.
5. Break these terms will result in the Client being Blacklisted from commissioning, and to have their account reported.
Section III: Process
1. To request a Commission the Client must contact the Artist via Telegram(@Dynoddiprydain), email(jacksmiles.writing98@gmail.com), or Via FA Notes.
a. When requesting a Commission the Client must provide their name, age, main source of contact (like Telegram, Discord, etc) and any accounts/galleries (FA, SoFurry, DA, Inkbunny, Twitter, etc).
b. A main source of contact is required to allow the Client to get receive the progress of the Commission, and to give feedback, other inquiries.
c. Clients under the age of 18 or who do not disclose their age will be refused, and any Client found to have lied about their age will be blacklisted and reported.
2. Once a means of contact is established between the Client and the Artist, a discussion can be made of the Commission.
a. The Client must provide a description of what they would like to see in the Commission. (The Who's, the What's, the Where's).
b. The Client must provide reference images of their character(s) that they wish to be used in the Commission. These references must be clear, and allow the artist to get a full picture of who they are drawing. Or alternatively a link to an account or Gallery that will provide references to the character(s) in question.
c. The Artist will provide the Client with a quote of the price for the commission, and if requested a rough sketch.
3. Once the Commission is agreed upon the Artist will send a PayPal Invoice via email.
a. The Client must pay within 24 hours of receiving the invoice, and must inform the Artist once it has been paid.
4. Once paid the Artist will begin working on the Commission. Providing as regular as possible updates on the Commission.
a. A Commission can take from a couple of days up to a month to complete, depending on the Complexity of the Commission, as well as external life factors (Like Health, Work or Family Issues).
b. If there is any potential delay on the progress of the Commission, the Artist will inform the Client immediately.
c. The Artist will not accept any Strict or Short Deadlines.
5. When the Commission is completed, the Artist will send the image file(s) to the Client via email.
a. The Client can do as they please with the Commission as described in Section II.
6. Both the Artist and Client have a right to cancel.
a. The Artist reserves the right to deny or Cancel a Request/Commission, at anytime, for any reason, and without explanation. A reason or explanation can do so out of courtesy.
b. Potential reasons for a Cancellation can be due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behaviour, an inability to effectively communicate in the English language, or a breach of these Terms of Service.
c. The Client has the right to cancel a Request/Commission and request for a refund (check Section IV).
Section IV: Payment
1. All payments and Commission Prices will be in GBP£.
2. All payments will be made via PayPal.
a. The Artist will send a PayPal invoice to the Client after the Commission is agreed upon.
b. The Client must pay within 24 hours of receiving the invoice, and must inform the Artist once it has been paid.
3. If the Client cancels the Commission during progress, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to the Artist’s discretion.
a. Below is a rough basis for Refunds:
-Sketch: Full-Refund
-Rough: 90% Refund
-Line: 50% Refund
-Line and flat Colouring: 25% Refund
-Shading: No-Refund
b. No refunds will be available for near completed/completed Commissions.
c. If Commission is cancelled before work has started on it (but after payment has been made), either by the Client or the Artist, a full refund will be issued.
4. If the Artist cancels the Commission due to them being unable to complete it at any state, a full refund will be issued.
Section V: Content
1. Rating Relation: Below are 4 ratings that will indicate what content its Prohibition or Allowance are applicable to.
-A=Adult Rated Commissions.
-M=Mature Rated Commissions
-G=General Rated Commissions
-U=Universal or all the Above.
2. Disallowed Content- Disallowed content refers to content that the Artist will not draw for a Commission.
-Characters: Humans (A), Female Characters (A), Dick-Girls (U), Tomboys (U), Humanoid Characters (Orc/k(s), Dwarves, Elves, etc (A)).
-Sexual Content (U): Heterosexual Sex, Lesbian Sex, feet jobs/pawing, Fisting, musk sniffing
-Fetishes (U): Age Play, Cub, Babyfur, Scat, Watersports, Feet fetishes, Flatulance, Fat/obesity fetishes, menustration, inflation, Vore, Gore, Castration/Circumsition, Clitoral/Cock and Ball Torture, Rape, Snuff/Necrophillia, BDSM, Violence, whipping, Growth.
-Other Content: Politically advocative Content (BLM, Communism, etc(U))
3. Allowed Content- Allowed content refers to content that the Artist will draw for a Commission.
-Characters: Male Characters (U), Feral (U), Anthro (U), Cunt-Boys (A), Femboys (U), Any Species (Fantasy, Sci-Fi, Reality, Mythology, etc (U)).
-Sexual Content (A): Homosexual/Gay Sex (Male on Male), Oral/Felatio, Anal, Masturbation, Sex Toys, Handjobs/Pawing, Group Sex, Rough Sex.
-Themes: Historical (U), Sci-Fi (U), Fantasy (U).
