25% partial payment upfront after discussing story outlines (characters, world, plot points, kink, etc). This initial outline is best used to inform the length of the project. For example, something set entirely in one location with one or two main characters can be as short as 1,000 words.
Updates are provided whenever suitable or every 1,000 words. Make use of these to make minor changes and save headaches. One final revision is available upon finalizing the story to amend any errors.
All remaining and/or additional costs are to be paid upon receipt of the final project .pdf/.doc. Additional costs include expansion to the scope as established during the outline (length).
Major revisions incur a cost based on the original word count + word count caused by the revisions (ex: original word count is ~3,000, then a major revision that takes ~1,000 words, though entire length would still end up around ~3,000 words, you will be charged as if it was ~4,000). This is due to the fact that major revisions can fundamentally change the original story. Examples of things that would be considered a major revision: change of character in story, restructuring to insert an additional character, change of scenario. A major revision only needs to become a major revision if it's not caught early.
Remaining costs is the amount owing after the original payment + any additional costs.
