Questions about arting

I've got a question for the artists out there... So I have noticed recently (or it's just me) everytime I draw somthing it looks different, like style wise. To me it's looking like every image is drawn by another person. Inconsistency is the correct term I think.

Question being:
Do you have any tips and tricks to suggest to improve beyond time and practice?
Like any good tutorials and reference for exorsizes.

Looking threw Amazon I did come across some good looking "how to draw anime/manga" books and even a couple "how to draw flurries".
So thought I'd ask and see if you all may know some things.

Well style is always different between people and always changing or developing until something sticks really time and practice getting that book is okay i have the copy myself to take a look just also watching streamers from start to finish seeing how they start out to where they finish is a way to see how you can implement it into your style

Nothing wrong with alterations. Just means you're trying to explore a style that you like best.

Happens to me often too, especially if i take long breaks between drawing. I think its refreshing!
