Was thinking about this for last few days and seems like a good idea for episodic nature.
First of all is human based and furries are mostly just 1.
Plot - Not going to spoilt the beggining so i will just go with the basic plot : Human with imbued godhood or in simpler terms imbued with power that bends reality, forced to stop said power.
Closest to our reality there is another compromised completely of darkness outside of time. The power from that dimension can freely change the reality of our own dimension and in fact bound it in impossible ways. Of course since its completely different without guidance it simply kills all biological life and can warp/erase existance around it in unforseen ways if an uncontrolled conection is established.
In that dimension there is life : Creatures without form that are imbued into the dimension itself and are part of it. You can call it one big living organism compromised of infinity darkness. There are 6 beings in total. When a portal from our universe to theirs was opened for the first time they seised the oportunity and entered our world.
They learned, assumed forms and became increasingly fascinated by the concept of death. There is no death in the alternate dimension so little by little they decided to become gods. Gods of Death. Since when a portal is opened it creates a domain around the planet and some of the space around it the creatures from the other world used it to change the reality around them and be worshiped as gods. Each of them named himself a part of death most notably the 4 horseman of the apocalipse : Death by war and hatred, Death by desease and plague, Death by famine and nature, Death for the sake of dying. The last 2 named themselves after Chaotic death and True Death. The embodiment of True Death was the first initial being in that other universe and learned that nothing is forever and even their dimension may end some day thus everything dies but the others didn't see it this way. They saw the other world as an endless point of fun and death. They were already so drunk on power because in their home dimension everything was equal, everything was the same. And then another world opened a portal in another galaxy somewhere far away so they moved there... And every time another world opened a gate they would go and obliderate, erase, destroy and change whatever was there. They would force rules to their sick games and descend into madness of their own making. The True Death hated them. More and more power was leaking into our reality and bringing slow but steady entrophy. The eternal darkness was tainted.
Thats where our main character comes in. He is chosen to have portion of the otherwoldly power by becoming a portal himself. Now he travels across the universe in the span of seconds to find the opened portals, close them and if he can find the other 5 beings : Eradicate them. But that ain't simple as it sounds because of the power of Rules. The darkness of the other dimension can be used to place Rules upon our reallity making them unremovable. (For instance making a rule on something to be unbreakable. Then nothing in our reality can break it nor in the Death one because it used its power to post a rule to it in the first place.) This is why he has to figure out the rules of each place he goes at the posibility he dies because even his powers aren't all powerull.
It sounds nice in episodic nature. He goes, figures out what to do, risks his life to do it, closes the portal.
And has a nice continuity too: Characters that can be in multiple overarching chapters. Friends from Earth. Enemies. Little nods here and there.
And whoever makes it can go crazy. As in it can let loose and make the most weird things without anything scientific. Pure chaos. In fact one of the earlyer characters is so chaotic that the Chaotic Death looks like a cute puppy to it.
