Close you eyes! Listen to my voice! ... You are very calm. Focus on your breath, count slowly to 4 on each breath, in, 1 2 3 4, out, 1 2 3 4, in ... now relax. Imagine the room around you. The floor, the windows, the chairs, yourself in.it. Now blend out the room, its noises, it does not exist. Focus on yourself only. Start with your feet. Feel your toes, relax them. Feel your feet, how they get heavier. Is there any tension you had been unaware? Relax your muscles, let go of the tension. Now slowly focus your atrention further up. Your lower legs, your knees. Are they tense? Any disconfort? Relax them, feel how they becone heavy and warm. Keep your breath slow. in, 1, 2, 3, 4 . Out 1, 2, 3, 4. Relax your belly. Your chest. Now focus on your fingers, your hands. Feel how heavy and warm they are. Let ho of all tension in your shoulders. Now, blend out your body. Focus on your mind only. Nothing else exists. Imagine a green lush meadow. Or a serene forest clearing. Imagine a place where you feel safe and comfortable. Dream it. A secret place only you know of. Now imagine a door or an opening. Only you have the keys, but it is already open.. Behind it is a staircase that leads down. You are going down the stairs. Feel them under your feet. Touch the hand rail and feel it under your fingers. With each step, the sensation becomes more real. Focus on the touch. One more step, focus on the sound echoing. One more step. Smell the scent. See the staircase with your inner eyes, vividly. The last step leads to your inner sanctum. A laboratory to your soul, a workspace, where you can repair yourself, and a gateway to your dreams. Step into it and look for a portal to your past, showing you your own memories. Observe them. Seek out this morning. Watch yourself get up. Like a movie. How you got out of bed, watch yourself go to the bathroom, maybe how you hade breakfast.
Now go further back. The previous night. Heading to sleep. Closing your eyes? Did you fall asleep right away? What did you dream...
