So I figured I'd make a comprehensive post containing my terms and info and whatnot, more helpful than waiting for DM replies.
Comments/Shouts:
General rules for commenting on my stuff:
- Your usual decency rules (no hate speech, arguing in comments, flirting, spamming)
- Misgendering or debating a character's gender or sexual orientation (you're free to ask though)
- No self promotion, external links or spam
Fan-works:
Any and all fan-works, sfw and nsfw alike, are welcome!
I'm quite lenient on fan-works as long as it doesn't get violent, mean spirited or hateful/discriminating, y'know, usual standards of decency. (I can't control you, but I'll.. frown)
AI-generation:
Any form of AI-generation used in the context of: generating images of my characters, generating written works featuring my characters, generating voices to represent my characters, using AI to upscale, edit or alter my art, is strictly prohibited and will be reported.
Any user that uploads AI-generated submissions will be barred from interacting with my profile.
Characters:
Cannot be used in paywall content, in public roleplay, as commission/ych material without permission, or be claimed as your own. Also please don't make alternate or reinterpreted versions of the character's gender or personality.
Translations:
Translations of art or comics are not permitted to be reposted on Inkbunny or any of the other major gallery sites - I prefer to avoid managing other people's tags, formats and translation accuracy, as there's been too much miscommunication and misconduct from third parties.
I won't go after someone posting translated comics on comic aggregate sites or private forums, but in general I wish to keep reposting down to a minimum.
(note: Translated works posted before March 14th 2025 can stay up on IB as they had permission at the time)
Should works get translated on other sites I'd hope that:
- Dialogue is accurate and not misrepresented
- The translator is bilingual and not using machine translation
- There are not major edits beyond translations
- That no translated works are packaged and sold through paid services, printed works or posted without proper sourcing to the original.
Reposts:
Reposts are generally not permitted, except for booru sites like e621, just remember to include sources and avoid posting higher resolutions than available on public platforms (i.e. no substar HD reposts or use of AI upscaling)
Commissions:
Commissions are not open and there are currently no plans to change that, it just doesn't fit into my life situation. More info here if anything changes.
