Hello, people of the furry fandom

As you might know, I have an universe of characters and am an avid commissioner of art and stories. A small but significant part of these stories have depicted graphic, sadistic and exploitative acts against very young victims, which some artists, writers, and art watchers have found repulsive to the point of straining my relationships with them.

After much deliberation I have made the decision that I am no longer commissioning artwork or stories of underage characters.
I realize that I have defended lolicon in past occasions. Let it be known, though,  that I care very much about the exploitation of real children and admire the moral code of some people who enjoy this artwork who are as disgusted by real child abuse as much as the next person. I will not tolerate any actual sexual abuse and mental scarring of children and will defend the rights of children to the death. That said, I do intend to discuss my particular fixations and kinks with my psychiatrist. Any defenses of loli/cub artwork, however, are moot at this point. I am just not interested in the baggage that it comes with nor coming off as toxic and repulsive to people.

Intercourse between underage characters might be hinted at in stories (since it happens in real life and weres, living in secret, are vulnerable to acting above the law anyway), but I will not depict nor glorify it. In addition, Lacey Pellazzari will now date Ray when she is of proper age, though Ray will still have babysat her as a child. Granted, that is still somewhat dicey, but that’s the breaks with a 600+ year old character.

I am sorry for all the people that I have made uncomfortable, and I will make the most concerted effort to impose better boundaries on myself in conversation. My deepest wish is to mend the relationships with people that I have wronged.

Much sincerely,

I'm sorry people have made you feel bad about things you like. That said, if you think your interests reflect a real-world mental health problem, then it's good that you're getting help.

Listen, you bear no blame for making people uncomfortable. If it's straining your relationship with someone, that is not your doing. The anti-cub propaganda is powerful. Very powerful. The ones pushing this propaganda are the ones to blame. The ones listening to this propaganda need to chill out and accept the facts, and the fact is that extreme kink fantasies are healthy, NORMAL, and safe.

" Kahr, who, as part of his research examined over 23,000 sexual fantasies...

" He goes on to describe how fantasies are contained within one's mind, and do not command they be enacted in reality. He offers examples of the frightening, violent, dangerous, and disturbing fantasies he has heard from doctors, therapists, priests, and nurses, fantasizing about what they'd like to do to, or with, their patients, but these fantasies were never enacted, and probably never would be for the overwhelming majority of healthcare professionals.

You shouldn't give in to the effects of fear-mongering propaganda. Of course I must admit my bias on this. Good cub rape porn is rare enough as is, and I think if it comes down to pleasing those who ignore the facts and are the ones responsible for the strain on the friendship based on something completely harmless, and having fun with people who enjoy this harmless content, I think there's only one good choice.

Getting rid of it will affect all of us, but there is nothing forcing them to look at porn they don't like.
