Pokemon Question

Alright so! Given this question to a few people! Want to see other people's thoughts on it! The question has a scenario attached to it.

You hatch a baby pokemon, and on that very same day, talking within a few hours, you rare candy that tyke all the way to LV. 100 and fully evolve it, is it still a child? A babby?. For example, a ralts to a Gardevoir or Purrloin to a Liepard, fully grown.

Further, would it have the mind of a toddler or an adult?

i think trying to apply traditional age logic to a fictional species like Pokemon is a bit faulty by nature.
i guess in a way, a Pokemon's level is kinda representative of it's life experience, therefore, even if it's upgraded trough artificial means, i think it still counts as aging, because part of aging is gathering experiences.
when it comes i don't think a simple age system like "time passed = age" or "level = age", can be used successfully for a blanket general Pokemon "age of mind".
i think it should be approached with consideration of the specific species, level, but not like level 1 = 1 years old. maybe time passing can also affect as well, but in a sideways, not additive or reductive per say.
example: level 1 can have an age cap of 10 or something and when a Pokemon exists for longer than that, it's assumed it would've leveled up already.
not to mention taking into consideration different maturity ages for different species would be a good approach.
this kinda stuff is too complex, so i approach it by not thinking about age when drawing, as it has so many variables i don't know i can't bother.
anyways, a bit long but i hope it's an interesting approach.

Thank for the response, it was a very interesting take on it. The age = lv thing is a bit silly, but fun to think about. Like not only as a mental exercise and possible debate, but also in the sense of imagining a fully grown massive pokemon like i unna a Blastoise throwing a temper tantrum like a baby

I believe it would still be a child, although it would be going through hormonal changes quickly. But it's still a baby. It has not grown up or matured enough to gain any life experience.
