It could start off with Tails chained to a bed in Rouge's basement with her coming in wearing a dominatrix outfit to start by teasing him with her body and then start dominating him as he feels both torture and pleasure at the same time. Than it ends with Rouge compliments Tails on the pleasure he gave her, with Tails saying he was glad to please his "mama".
