Bob's on hold.... for now

sorry folks I've been trying but I just can't get into the flow for that final scene.

I'm not giving up and I hope to have it out in the next few weeks.  In the mean time I want to try something to get the creative juices flowing.   I'm hoping to restart my Paranoia/cub based interactive fiction project.   This was something I had started on my old account.   So I'm reviving it for Ink bunny.  This is essentially going to be a Reboot for the story but I will be using the same chars from the original.  The Goal is to produce a weekly series in one page increments with you the readers voting on how the story proceeds from week to week.  At the end of each scene I will list possible branches you guys then get to vote on which you like, and if you have an Idea you think is good thats not on the list you can make a suggestion if enough people agree with it... or it's something I particularly think would be good it might even get to be the official path.   The other goal of this is it'll be an incremental but also hopefully fun way to get me back into the writing spirit. And a reason to dig out my paranoia game books for weirdness.

I'll be officially starting the Cubanio project on sunday.  And I will strive to keep up with the sunday updates.

for now here is a little history of the OmegaCompound

Omega Compound is a massive, domed, underground city. The City is governed by a neurotic AI named CubPewter. At one time the computer was rather normal but during the great cataclysm, an archive of bizarre erotic stories was downloaded into it’s core programming. Using the resources at it's disposal and the directives distilled from the fantasies of a fictional German Shepard, the newly designated CubPewter restructured the compound. The resulting society is organized around age-based security clearances.

From highest to lowest they are:
1-3 Nudeborns, the brand new citizens, while they are being indoctrinated into Omega Compounds laws, they are kept as CubPewters close advisors.
4-8, Cubs.
9-12, Tweenies.
13-18, Teamagers.
19 and up, Growed-ups (the lowest rung of society who are here to do all the grunt work and anything the youngsters want to do)

Because the society is so unusual it has developed a number of problems, when this happens, CubPewter drafts citizens with the appropriate skills into teams known as Fuckups. Fuckups find trouble, and then fuck it up… sometimes in more ways than one.

Do to the high rate of death among citizens they are each supplied with a series of back-up clones, and since the city consists of clones the entire population happens to be male.

the High death rates are pulled right from the original paranoia game,  In that game they were called a six pack  and players were encouraged to kill each other at times since team members all could have opposing agendas based on there secret socities.  Stuff like thats will pop up in the story too  I've got a few allready the Holy C:\, Ageists, Solder Bois, The Pimps,  and the dreaded AARP.... no one knows what the name stands for but many cubs shudder in fear at the mere mention of it.
