Hello again. The commission funds I made from the last three commissions I did were sent to Disaster relief charity, so I’m glad I did something good with the money.
Lately, I’ve had a select few difficulties when sending messages to other artists and friends with questions.
In one of my earlier journals, I mentioned that I often ask artists if it’s okay to use their OCs in silly situations where they lose their diapers because I enjoy wardrobe malfunction scenarios. I’m still doing that, though I feel it may be wrong, as many artists are very uncomfortable with this type of pic and it may sour their view of me.
For the record, I despise NSFW, if you got that implication.
I’ve also been curious about the lore some of my friends have for their characters’ histories. When I develop a liking for some of these characters, I often like to ask my friend questions about them as well. Not just “Can I use them for a commission” but other things too. Unfortunately, due to my weirdo mind, most of these questions seem to be related to diapers for the diaper-related characters.
This is a bit of a problem for me, as a lot of artists try very, VERY hard to expand their horizons and focus on story and art, and then I show up and inquire about the diapers. This tends to get a lot of artists angry or upset, being recognized for only one thing that they may not even be interested in. I’ve already done this at least twice already with some artists and I feel shame about it. My diaperfur crazed mind just keeps nagging at me to find more info on interesting characters, which is why I still press artists for stuff like that. Heck, once I even asked an artist about his character losing his diaper, even though the artist already told me they weren’t comfortable with it. That was bad behavior from me right there.
A lot of my friends don’t mind questions and comments related to diapers, at least on the surface. However, I can’t help but wonder if they are secretly annoyed by my constant weirdness. Do they groan whenever they see a message from me? Are they simply being nice out of courtesy while they are actually disturbed by my presence? Sometimes I worry that my next message may push them past the boiling point, and may cause me to lose friends.
I’m probably overreacting, but I do need to consider this stuff to avoid pushing my few friends away from me. The thing that made me write this journal was when I was about to send a diaper-related question to one of my friends. However, considering the questions above, I used all my self-control to delete the message, and instead wrote this journal to share my thoughts.
If you are annoyed by being bothered only for diaper related stuff or are protective of your own characters and don’t want them to be used for humiliating commissions, don’t hesitate to let me know.
