AA Alcoholics Are Wimps

AA Alcoholics Are Wimps; Why do I say this?
Ever see the room of a lot of AA's? I would have a Nicotine buzz just walking to the Coffee pot. By the time I would leave an AA meeting, I would probably be re-hooked on tobacco products.
That's just trying to walk through the room of many AA meetings.

Now if people want a true habit which is really for real difficult to kick, try actually quitting the filthily habit of smoking tobacco products.
If you want a hard habit to kick, that's a *very* hard habit to kick. I done it, not without slips.
Of course, I did smoke the majority of my life, so it's not an easy thing to quit thinking about.
I use to act proud at one time, that I smoked my first at like 12-years-old, now I really wish I hadn't.
People cut down Marijuana, but look at CDC's numbers.
7 years 2.4 billion people, 27 deaths.
Compare that to just one month of tobacco.
Or compare it to a month's worth of alcohol related deaths.
Or deaths from drugs which makes sense being illegal.
Cocaine for a for instance. Heroin/Meth. PCP Acid.
There's plenty reason for that.
But the point here is Tobacco, and the fact that it's as addictive as some of the illegal drugs.
It's further killing though, as nothing Legal or Illegal comes close.

Marijuana? I would rather discourage it's use, even though I am an Activist.
I just feel like NORML, There's Better Ways Then A Law System.

All you can do is go day by day.  We are going to have days like that.
The important thing is to not beat yourself up for it.  Just look at it as a
bump in the road and continue on.   :)

yeah buy the bump happened after like 6 months, and it shouldn't have. it hurt my chest big time.
but ahm.
but great advice, as i am not beating myself up for it... at least... not anymore.
but i had been asking myself why i let it happen. i was beating myself up over it.
and a bump on the road, is now what it is.
i think it wouldn't be so tough, if I hadn't started at like, 12-years-old.

I have had many friends who have had this happen to them.  It is a hard thing to break.
You can do it.
