Furloughed Cub Offering PWYW Digital Practice

tl;dr - I'm returning from a long art hiatus due to a consuming job and physical injury and am taking this quarantine time to teach myself to use digital art tools and I'm looking for volunteers to submit characters and requests for practice with the option to pay or not depending on need, as I've been furloughed indefinitely

Hey friends <3

So I have joined the ranks of the many, many folks who have lost their paychecks. I've also taken the opportunity from being cooped up for so many weeks to finally break the chains on my old babyfur art routines and get the old cute fluff art engine chugging again.

I've also decided to take this opportunity to start learning a new way to art, as a nearly decade old injury to my dominant arm has made drawing more and more difficult as time goes on. So I decided to take a leap and start forcing myself to learn digital tools. It's been rough, as you'd imagine, but I'm enjoying the process...

Which leads us all to this post. I need to practice, obviously. I've only been able to really put out a couple decent babs with these new tools, but I've got nothing but time ahead of me so I thought I'd put out the call for volunteers who might want to see their characters come to life on the screen!

Obviously the caveats are: Please don't expect a quick turnaround (Though that would make me happy to see as well) and understand the quality may range wildly from a sketch to a fully finished piece depending on how busy this makes me/how awful my attempt is :P

Some examples of what I've managed so far in my practice:

I understand times are tough and that usually this sort of thing would be an Iron Artist style commission drive, so I will make this run of bab arts essentially be "Pay What You Want" or payment optional. I could really use the support, obviously, but I also understand the reluctance to pay out big dollars for artwork especially if it is of uncertain quality. I get it.

So anyway, thanks for following my ramble. Feel free to just post references/requests in this thread and if you're interested in tipping or whatever for the art or just want to donate, let me know and I'll get you more info.

Stay safe, cubs and caretakers. The sunshine will be there tomorrow.
