These pricings are for single character pictures with simple or no background, more complex works will be a bit more (generally 5 USD per additional character, but ask first ^^).
As to what things I will and wont draw... a lot will depend on the situation and how it is depicted, but basically if it is something I think I can make 'cute' I will probably take a crack at it :3
What I wont draw in any circumstances are as follows:
Rape
Torture
Sexual relations between cub and adult characters
Depictions of extreme violence
I'm not judging, I just don't want to draw anything that will cause me discomfort or emotional distress ^^
