Kontsune’s Commissions!
Payment Terms:
You must pay me via Paypal before I even start working on your request, no payment no commission. Please message me via IB for my Paypal details after I have confirmed and accepted your order.
Rules and Terms:
• Unless I say so the prices listed on my account and/or what I tell you is final. Do not come to me asking for free art because I will give you absolutely nothing.
• Please provide me every spec of detail and preferences you would like considering your commission. The more information you give me the better, there’s absolutely no way you can overload me with details.
• I will not be responsible for any argument over the characters I was commissioned to draw. If you have asked me to draw a character that is not owned by you and you end up in a feud over the matter, then I will have no part in it. If need to please ask the creator of the character before asking me to draw them to avoid a situation like this.
• I have a custom art style and I cannot change that, on top of that, my own style may be subject to change over time due to growth. Overall, do not expect me to be drawing your commission in someone else’s art style nor my own old style.
• I have the right to reject your commission if you are swearing, abusive, and/or unreasonable with your requests.
• Do not tell me my prices, and do not calculate the final cost of the commission for me. I will tell you how much the commission will cost, and if the cost is not ideal to you in any way shape or form, then that is not my problem. Prices across the board are subject to change overtime due to demand and quality.
• Complicated characters (Design/markings/anatomy) may cost extra.
• I will use your finished commission as an example of my work. With this I promise the image will have a heavy water mark from me to avoid any uncredited theft. If you have issues with me using your commission as an example, then you will inform me when you request the commission and pay me a $10 fee. If I've already posted the commissioned image to my gallery/account and you'd like me to remove it, please send me a note and we can go from there, be expected to pay the $10 fee still.
Refunds:
• You will only be allowed a refund if something has gone wrong on my end or if you absolutely do not like what the pre-rough sketch looks like. It goes without saying that once I give you the final image you cannot ask for major changes nor a refund. See next bullet point.
• Unless you have asked me for the said pre-rough sketch process before I've started working, I will not give you a refund. Please request this before payment or immediately after.
• Under any circumstance where I am unable to complete your commission, or you must withdraw before the rough sketch work is completed, I assure you a full refund.
• I will do my best to make major changes to your satisfaction within two attempts only, these changes must be during the sketch phase. Any minor fixes are up for discussion.
What can I draw and what can’t I draw?
To be completely honest, I don’t know. You cannot scare me with a request. I’ve been to hell and back, so hit me with whatever you want me to draw and I’ll do the best I can to meet your expectations.
What can you do with the artwork?
• You may repost the piece anywhere.
• You may color the line art and re-use to your preference.
• You can make edits to the completed commission.
• You can use the commission as an icon, badge, or representation of your character.
• You can crop and alter the image.
HOWEVER, for all of the above you MUST CREDIT ME.

Commission Time & Process:
Commissions can take one day to one month.
I will keep you updated on the process of the commission if you’d like, and you may message me for updates as well, but not every single day that passes.
YCHs (YCH: Your Character Here):
• YCHs will start as a rough sketch when posted.
• I may or may not use a base line art and/or background art. Please understand that the slots for YCHs can range from 5-10 and lining the same props can get repetitive, more decorated and detailed YCHs that include props that have not been customized in the initial request have a good chance of having a base line art. (Ex: a solid color cup may have a base line art. A customer who requests that cup be customized to something such as a teacup or mug, will obviously not follow the base line art.)
• Your character will ALWAYS be custom lined, base line arts are NEVER used for a character!
• Backgrounds are custom picked by me. If anything, the image will just contain a solid color or simple pattern as usual.
• Extras that you request to a YCH (changes to pose, facial expressions, outfit, added prop) may cost extra! If there's a detail in the YCH that you request from me that may classify as something extra, I will tell you.
Sticker Sets:
• You can send me example stickers of poses and ideas you want, but my interpretation of the example will be different in drawing.
• LIMIT to stickers per commission range from 1-10!
• Stickers are 512x512 pixels. You will be sent each individual sticker in a PNG format with a transparency as the background, if you would like anything changed or customized differently then please ask beforehand.
• DOUBLE CHARACTER STICKERS ARE 20$ EACH!
PLEASE SAVE THE FULL COMMISSION TO YOUR DEVICES.
I archive all files to a single folder and eventually a hard drive. You have a month to request the same copy of the commission for free, otherwise you will pay a $10 fee if you would like me to send the commission again. Keeping track of what you paid for is not my responsibility, please take great care of where you place the file.
[6/4/2022] All conversations between me must take place in FA or IB. I will not accept Discord as a means of communication as messages can be deleted and edited within the application. This rule has been added due to a client abusing the ability to delete sent messages.
