Wait time:
-Once you have paid 100% you will be added to the waiting list. The list is updated according to the customer / s paying, therefore the estimated delivery dates are longer depending on the date you made your payment and how many other customers are before you.
-It is likely that there will be a readjustment of your estimated delivery date for items beyond my control. In this case, you will be given a prior notice to re-schedule.

Commission process:
Once you have accepted your commission, affected by the complexity of it, there will be a series of wips that you as a client must approve in order to continue with the work.
The first wip will be a sketch in which you can visualize the pose and expression of the character. The second wip will be a more defined sketch, where you can specify details such as clothes, hair, etc. Color base.
Once you have approved each one, there will be no changes in the line art. The third wip will be on base colors, in case your commission is full color. To speed up the work you must be aware of the messages I will be sending.
When you are reviewing your client's hand the final result will not be changed. I will not accept complaints and / or refund requests.
