I've lurked around Inkbunny for a few years before I decided to start posting my own drawings, albeit sporadically and infrequently, in 2019.
I wouldn't call myself a furry. I have no interest in going to conventions or wearing a fursuit. I'm unfamiliar with the history of the fandom and completely clueless about any drama or recent news related to it. More often than not, I've had to look up what certain words and acronyms mean't in order to understand the small handful comments I've received. I'll attempt to adopt some of the lingo myself, but it just feels clunky awkward when I say it. Sometimes, I feel like I've landed on an alien planet when I'm on this site and others like it — although I've rarely felt appalled or disgusted, just sort of confused, yet fascinated by everything.
BUT, considering that I still have a MASSIVE stuffed animal collection as an adult, all my favorite Disney movies JUST HAPPEN to be the ones with primarily animal characters, I have only ever been aroused by gay furry porn, I have a fursona (with an obvious fetish attached to it), and I have this Inkbunny account in the first place, I MUST, by definition, be a furry.
I guess you could say that I didn't choose the furry life, the furry life chose me.
ANYWAY, I'm going to try being more active on this site from now on, so hopefully I'll see you again soon! I don't have a commission-type thing set up, but I'm happy to take suggestions for what to draw next. There's only so many ways to draw a pallid bat.
