General idea being an AU, where Ash Mongoose isn't an asshole, and is actually sweet to Mina, and kind to others. And instead of being her boss/manager (which always struck me as an uncomfortable power dynamic), he's her co-lyricist, and writes the lyrics to her songs, alongside her.
Some background being that he once wrote her a sort of love poem, as a fan, which her boss caught on to. He later got hired to write songs with her, and the two later became an item.
