Sertraline is a hell of a drug

by
Crisp update ; I got discharged without my knowledge last week and have not been able to get access to sertraline, the drug that literally makes me a stable person. This past week has been full of nausea, debilitating fatigue, depression, and total apathy for life. However, I finally got the pills after all that now on my thirtieth birthdaaaaaaaay. Going to get back to work once my brain has settled back into stability.

You have to taper SSRIs or you will have serious withdrawal from the drugs.  This can result in brain zaps.  It takes months to taper off SSRIs.

Seriously, you're not supposed to do that.  Taper if you're starting to run out, but don't stop SSRIs cold turkey.

It was never my intention to lose my access to it, but that's the GA healthcare system for ya. A whole week had to go by until I could get a doctor meeting which I'm very new and bad at.
