Hot Take - Cub Art = NO.

One of my most hated parts of the site and one of the things I despise seeing the most whenever logging in is the over abundance of cub-porn.

Seriously, I get that I'm a very depraved individual myself, but one thing I sure as hell am not and will never support is a pedophile/sexual predator.

Its very clear that some artists are trying to get around this to some of users who have tried to block the keywords, so unless I'm missing some clearly obvious keywords, it really gives off an impression that these individuals WANT people to see their work when you log onto the site, largely because those who are just as sick will tend to favourite them.

If I had any control on this site to make such decisions, this sort of artwork would not be allowed on the site. I get this will vilify me to some, but I don't care. I have my limits, and that's damn sure one of them.

Artists who post this art will also be blocked/banned. I'm not taking any chances here.

That's my hot take.

I strongly agree. While I believe in freedoms for people to draw what they want to draw, this is a kind of art that I feel people really shouldn't, but while to each their own, I dislike this kind of art being pushed onto other people who are uninterested... I don't like the overabundance, and I too have noticed "careful" wording for people to see it, despite having it blocked.

A lot of the people drawing and requesting this stuff are really disgusting, and have literally made me sick to my stomach...

Its exactly how I see it. I do believe in freedom for what people should draw, but it should be within the confines that it wouldn't either get you in hot trouble legally for making it, or that it doesn't make you come off as being a sexual predator. The careful wording really seems to be of intention to force those to see it despite how uncomfortable it makes a number of people on this site.

Its one of the VERY few things that makes me genuinely sick to my stomach.

Yeah sing it man, cub porn = child porn and that’s awful I don’t feel sick when I com across one but I still think it’s abhorrent and evil

When i was younger around 12-14 i Jerked off to a couple of pictures of cream, marine, mable with massive boobs and being really fat some of them from denizen14 and another from bonus art, I was younger then and didn’t think it was a big deal, thinking “eh there cartoons and not real” And was only into the fat and massive boobs part, I realised a month after turning 15 how bad that was and after I realised what I had done, I became anxious, depressed, developed POCD and was a nervous wreck, I’ve moved on now and realise that I was just a kid and didn’t know better, but the main thing was I wasn’t one of them and learned from my mistake, the real problem was those fuckers trying to normalise it and trick people with weasel words, thus causing Me and other people to end up realising the horrible mistake they made and become miserable, I’m glad someone is finally standing up to this shit, thank you for being a voice of reason
