...granted I was never closed.

But I just think now is the time to remind you all that I am still taking commissions of all shapes and sizes.

I always work with my commissioners. I want the final piece to be something you love!

I'm also fairly cheap.

Although my going rate is $20 for a full color piece ($5 extra for each character) I'm willing to work with you!

Each of us felt on ourselves the complexity of what is happening in the world, many have lost their jobs and were left without income. This is what prompted me to create my own business, so that I could not depend on anyone. I'm not very good at small financial details, so I decided to start small and downloaded the indirect cash flow template excel. I found this at https://www.templarket.com/products/indirect-method-cash-flow-format and it helped me solve the problem with preparing a cash flow statement that includes adjusting net income with changes in balance sheets. This will now help strengthen my position by showing the banker exactly how I plan to use the loan.
