I have seen some human on pony pics pom this site ,and i got to thinking,would it be legal?, they may walk on all fours and similar in structure to horses of this world, but at the same time the ponies on MLP are thinking ,feeling creatures that have intelligence akin to own own, possibly a bit more advanced,so say someone wanted to have sex with one could it be legal as they aren't really the animal like we know and are sapient? why or why wouldn't it be legal?
