Word back from the doc

My doctor seems to think that I got some kind of severe allergic reaction, because after listening to my breathing, it's unlikely it's anything wrong with my lungs... so that basically means it's either allergies, which is nothing, or possible congestive heart failure, which .... is pretty much the worst case scenario.
Double or nothing! And yeah, I'm pretty sure that I don't have heart failure after running or walking stupidface every bloody day in a desperate attempt to finally drop below 200 lbs (Though I will admit to having bad eating habits lately. That's entirely my fault.) so I'm pretty sure this will be taken care of with allergy meds and I'll start feeling more normal. I'm already draining a buttload of phlegm (I'm sure you LOVE hearing about this sort of thing) so we'll see.
If I don't start feeling better, however, it's back to the doc to take some chest x-rays.

Good luck, KJ.  I hope you get to feeling better and it IS just allergies.

good good here's hoping the allergy meds clear it up for you a chest x-ray would rule out  pulmonary embolisms, one of the signs is shortness of breath and fatigue/weakness the only reason i mention it is my wife was diagnosed with it and she has asthma and  the Dr was a sports medicine specialist who  caught the signed as he has seen it in athletes before so it may be something to keep in mind if things don't clear up. ( that can easily be checked with a simple chest x-ray)  glad you are on top of it  and if it IS, PE than it can be treated with blood thinners very easily so no worries.
