im cravng ice cream but ive been compromisng with yogurt mixed with peanut butter and its the smuckers crunchy natural variety that ive drained the oil out of, my technique is to tuse paper towel inside and leave it on so oil resurface and eventually no more! no more fat noly NUT!!
