It all depends on what kind of chastity play you're into! Plastic devices are good for short term play, but not really good for long-term wear. Metal is usually what people who are seriously into it go for, as it's generally durable and less prone to damage. I'd lump silicone in with plastic as good for short-term only. But everyone is different, so some experimentation is needed to find what works for you!

I tend to be the sub more of the time, but we definitely do switch it up somewhat often! Sometimes we're even both subs at the same time! It just really depends on our moods and what feels fun at that particular time. :D
