We've been experiencing a few issues lately. Mostly login related (the system registering users as spam) and complaints with people not being able to view content (we had it restricted to where NSFW content couldn't be viewed without an account.)
The login issue was due to our systems being too good at what it was meant to do. It saw people who needed to redo passwords as a threat so we went in and limited what it could and couldn't process. Hopefully that is resolved now, but if it isn't then please let us know.
As for the viewing restrictions, that was more to prohibit younger audiences from accidentally stumbling across NSFW material. However, a lot of people wrote in and complained that it was too limiting. Some didn't want to have to make an account and valued such privacy, so we've decided to make all hidden content viewable. You no longer need an account to view all of our merchandise, though in exchange the site itself has been listed as an 18+ site.
Also, as a heads up there may be some delays with upcoming orders involving dakimakuras and mousepads. The factories that aid us in printing will be on a country holiday for a couple of weeks. As such any new stock we need will be on hold until said holiday has passed. We still have a good chunk of our items in stock, but anything that an artists submits in the next two months (other than prints and digital sales) we won't have any of right away. I apologize for this, there's just not much we can do about it.
Having said that, I want to thank everybody for their support and patience so far! We're slowing building ourselves up and making a name for ourselves. We've made a lot of progress these last few months, and with your help we hope to keep going~ :)
