These terms of service are a collective list of rules and regulations that pertain to any and all party or parties who may commission “Alcho”, or “Alchomistdalt” for any services, whether they are digital or traditional.

+ Acceptable Content
- “Acceptable Content” includes anything that is not suggestive in nature, and is “SFW” (Safe for work)
- Copyrighted characters, such as Scooby Doo as an example will not be drawn in any commission under any circumstances due to The Copyright Infringement Laws.

+ Payment
- Paypal is the one and only source for full payment of any and all commission works unless otherwise stated.
- All payment is due before work is started on the commission in full in USD. No work will start before payment is received in full.
- For traditional pieces, shipping will be predetermined if possible, and will be included in the price of any piece(s) that require shipping.

+Rights
- Alcho holds the right to decline any commission for any reason at any time.
- The client has the right to post any commissioned work from Alcho, so long as they include both credit and a link to the original piece.
- The client does NOT have the right to alter any work that Alcho has finished. If the client would like changes applied, they must contact Alcho for those changes to be applied, which may incur a fee.
- Alcho holds the right to stream any and all commission work he has.
- Alcho holds the right to stop work on any commission at any time, returning 100% of the client’s money for any reason, including Paypal fees.
- Alcho holds the right to post any and all commissions that he finishes on any of his art and social media sites.
- The client may not alter or remove the signature of any commission for any reason.
- It is the client’s responsibility to save their commission files. After the files are sent, Alcho is not responsible to host or preserve any files of any commissioned works.
- Alcho will not offer any unflattened KRA or PSD files under any circumstance.

+Time lines and Deadlines
- Alcho does not work on time lines unless specifically asked for. All work is done in a reasonable amount of time based on the piece’s complexity.
- Rush orders are available if a clear date is established at time of commissioning. This may incur a “Rush” fee.
- Alcho holds the right to decline any rush orders at his discretion.

+Work in Progress (Wips)
- Alcho will send a work in progress of the commissioned piece at sketch phase. It is imperative that the client gives detailed feedback at this stage to alter the piece. Any changes made after the sketch phase will incur additional fees for the additional work needed. (This excludes simple color changes at the flat color phase.) Once approved, Alcho will not revise any part of the piece without an additional work fee.

+General Info
-The client must provide a clear, SFW reference for Alcho. No reference means no commission.
- If the client requires exact color matches, they are responsible for supplying clear swatches of those colors.
- If a commission is canceled during sketch, Alcho holds the right to the sketch.
- Upon completion, Alcho will provide a high quality PNG image file as well as a resized version.

+Social Media
- Do not message Alcho publicly on any social media platform discussing commission status. Please use the message or notes system on any and all platforms to discuss this.

+Waiting Lists + Ques
- Alcho holds the right to work on any commissions in any order. All commissions will be completed in a timely manner.

+Refunds, Cancellations, Contract Termination
-The client may receive a 100% refund if canceled before work has begun.
-The client may receive a 60% refund if canceled after completion of the sketch.
-The client may receive a 0% refund for anything that is beyond the sketch phase.
-Refunds exclude additional costs such as Paypal, bank fees, and currency exchange fees.
