Hey guys. Sorry I haven't posted any updates lately, on my end, one, the holidays have kept me busy, two, we've been going through some stress since we were going through a situation with money and don't worry, we're not at risk of ending up on the streets or anything, no. It's just that someone they had temporarily placed at my mom's job had been guilty of doing some illegal things at my mom's job, now this person didn't physically hurt anyone at all, he just kept making me people do so many outrageous demands that he was also stabbing people in the back and he was making people do something that a boss should not make workers do or he would ask them something that he would request which was something that is considered illegal. But he got found out and fired, so yeah, my mom and everyone where my mom works were relieved but the damage this person did looks like it won't be undone or it might be a while till something comes up to fix the damage. So the damage this person did was cut hours, not just my mom's hours but everyone else's hours where my mom works at so my mom and everyone there is temporarily broke until they get paid on pay day. But my mom did receive some money from her boss since my mom's boss is one of them rare type of people that you can talk to him and he can talk to you like you or him is a person so he's at least not strict and power crazy like most bosses are. So he did give my mom some money that my mom was able to use for anything we needed or anything we could use to celebrate Christmas a little, which it's probably the closest miracle we'll have for now. As for how long the hours cut has been going on for, about a month or thirty-two days. Now my mom's hours aren't cut to the point where we're worse off, no, this man who messed up everything for my mom and everyone who works there cut my mom's hours by one day out of her work schedule, as for others who work there, my mom did tell me that others ether had the same happening to them or some cut more hours cut than others. This man who did all the damage, he was fired at one point from the other store he was at that is the company that took over where my mom works at after the previous owner retired, but this man I said was fired, well, the company was too cheap to pay him unemployment and someone wanted to hire him back but everyone advised against it as this man was probably not right in the head or something. The time he got fired was he fired someone for a reason that was false, so they hired back the guy he fired and they fired the guy who fired the guy for false reasons and when he did that, the customers didn't like it and raised an uproar, so this man who messed up got fired, they hired back the guy he fired, but they were too cheap to pay him unemployment and this person who I guess was one of the owners of the company or store that was in a different town wanted to hire him back when everyone else advised him not to, but they didn't have a choice in the matter. So than after they hired back this asshole, things at my mom's job ether had more changes going on or one person or another messed up so the company sent this asshole to help improve things but he only made things worse and he earned the hate and distain from everyone in the store, but after this asshole made one too many mess ups or did some things that were illegal, they finally fired this asshole, and even though they don't have to deal with him no more, still, it's all his fault for cutting hours on both my mom and the workers where my mom works at. So for now, we're hoping that this is temporary and that once the new year starts, than everyone will go back to normal or something will come up that fixes everything to make things normal again.
And where I work at, I guess you could say both me and other works were stressed because we were busier than usual during the holidays and some workers may have took their problems out on each other, and I know there's one worker that's new there that I don't like, he's been there months and my boss had to get onto him twice, the first time was something he did and the second time was how much of a bad influence he's being towards workers, his harassment towards me and with how rude, loud, obnoxious and gross he's being, he's stubborn and arrogant and he thinks he's funny and he thinks everyone believes he's funny but he's not. I don't know what kind of world he lives in but I had to report him to my boss at least once and that was the second time he got in trouble and my boss figures it best to create distance between me and this worker, so my boss has me doing the same thing I always do at my job but my boss decided to have me working around the store. So I'm still taking items to their right departments and I'm helping out other workers when they need it. I still help with cleaning around the store as our boss has asked me and others to sweep around the store before but still, I don't like the boss I got right now because she's sort of stubborn about things and she sometimes says things that we all know is condescending to both me and others and she's so stoic and robotic. I mean crack a smile or laugh from time to time, sometimes I think she's a robot or that she's like a Nurse Ratched 2.0 or something *cue the robot dance* but so far, I did have to report one or two people to her when who ever it was started to get out of line with me or another person and she may be noticing that she's got to do something since I did have to contact human resources on her at one time to make her do something about a problematic worker. So I'm still liking her but I think she's at times realizing that if a worker has a problem with another worker, she's got to do something to straighten them out. But so far, we're at least having a good Christmas so far since this is Christmas Eve. So I'll see how Christmas Day goes. But I like to apologize for not giving an update on my life recently because I was busy and me and others were stressed out more than usual. Also, please pray for me and my mom by praying that our situation is just temporary and that by the start of the new year, something will fix the problem we're going through as we're hoping it's just temporary.
