For anyone that knows me... you probably know the trouble I have with my current roommates. They are those loud, partying, pot smoking, dubstep blasting, binge drinking type people. When they aren't doing that... they are messy! Seriously I am so embarrassed of the kitchen all the time. I will clean it from top to bottom and even do all of their dishes and mess... and the next day (even the same night) it is messy as crap again. >___> When they are being clean and not noise/smoky they are nice people though.
Anyway, a little bit ago, Broken Fox put up a topic on out provincial furry board that he wanted to move from his town to mine. He works here, so it makes sense. I answered saying that I wanted to move too. We met up and chatted and really got along.
The other day we went to look at three apartments. One was nice, and had a big back patio and was right in front of the bus stop I needed and then only like 4 minutes to work. But, it was TINY! OMG The common space had to triple as a kitchen, living room AND dining room! There is no way! Then one bedroom was really small (my bed wouldn't fit) and the other one was just big enough. There was NO storage. So we went to the next place.
The second two apartments were actually in the same building. Different styled layouts though. One had unequal sized bedrooms and the bathroom was right inside the front entrance. The other has this rich blue/teal carpet, faces the trees outside, has equal bedroom sizes and the kitchen is off of the front door. Both places are SO BIG! They even have a huuuuuuuuge storage closet! The bus isn't right out front... but the rent in the building is $100 cheaper than the tiny place, so you can guess which one we liked more.
We applied and I left a refundable deposit the same day (well, I got my sister, who lives there to stuff it in the mail slot since the office was closed when we were done our applications) on the blue carpet apartment. The landlords got it the next day and pushed it through right away. I just went back today to sign the rental agreement (Broken can't until he turns 19). We get to move in on April 16th and we get the rest of April for free! This is great, 'cause I can leave my current place earlier than my notice is for... but I will pay for the whole month, and I don't have to pay for a second place at the same time... 'cause I don't have the money for that.
My roommates are both at work, so I left them a note... since my landlady says that if I leave, they have to as well.
Anyway, if anyone wants a commission to help fund my move (gonna hire moving men) then I am totally available!
Sry zenia i spent what i can for the month online shopping and have to wait till next month so im sure i can make my own rent payments <:( but if your still willing to do commissions 7 days into next month ill help ya out. ^^_

Hey, I like dub-step, no offense but only on my MP3 wherever I go. I got a roommate who pot-smoke, play actual drums ( Good thing it's not loud enough since his door is closed ) but not every day, thank god. He only does it if everybody is still awake with the light on when he comes home from work at 8pm. So we have to shut-off our room-lights and snore our ass off, pretending that we're sleeping, even though we still on our laptop in the dark, like I am right now as I type in my bed. Slick, eh?
Good luck at your new crib. :D
