Marfin critic : Deltarune, attack on titan, big hero 6...

- Deltarune chapter 1 : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deltarune
So Toby Fox hits us again with a really good (first chapter) game, which gives you all the feelings of Undertales with the same characters and new ones while being totally different and unrelated. The new mechanics are quite nice... and ... I can't stop thinking about the babyfur undertone of Rasiel and his powers. I really look forward to the finished game (while there is only one ending, I did full pacifist, and got the monsters to forgave Suzie ;-) ) 5 barks out of 5

- The boss baby tv shows : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Boss_Baby:_Back_in_Bu...
I'll be honest, I watched the two seasons only because I'm a babyfur and I just love all the baby jokes. Because otherwise this show is uninspired, disjointed and lack any charismatic characters. The overall jokes tend to run in circles pretty fast. 2,5 barks out of 5

- My little pony : best gift ever https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/My_Little_Pony:_Best_Gift...
This christmas special, released in October, is a surprise. MLP didn't really do specials before and it feel more like a two parter episode than a really special thing. It's nice and good, with cute songs and enjoyable stories. There isn't much to say about it, it's classical but not badly done. 3,75 barks out of 5

- Power rangers super ninja steel : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ninja_steel
Suffering the same problems as the previous season (characters style being all mixed up, like a magician, a technophile, all ninjas... gimmicks, while nice, looking oversized due to the need of toys, low quality scenarios to produce more episodes), I still quite enjoyed this one because I like the bad guy of the second season, the zords and all that, especially the (short) episode in which we see the original green ranger back. 3 barks out of 5

- Ben 10 (reboot) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ben_10_(2016_TV_series)
I really can't figure myself while the reboot seems to have removed the best parts of the original show and kept going with overly silly and its unability to carry good stories due to time... so much the best stories are multiple episodes (4 to 5 !). But when it does have those longer, a bit more mature episodes, you can feel the original calling... So, I'm rating it at 2,5 barks out of 5. Rebooting without a real idea on why the previous one worked and what to improve on it is never a good plan.

- Lego Jurrasic world the secret exhibit https://brickshow.com/2018/11/lego-jurassic-world-the-s...
Watching those make me want to get Lego dinosaurs to add to my Star Wars set. Anyway, this two parter special is a prequel explaining how the two main characters of Jurassic World met. It's utterly silly like all legos shows, don't take anything seriously and sure give quite a different vision of the characters, but I enjoyed it. It's nothing particulary memorable, but fun enough. 4 barks out of  5

- Skylanders academy season 3 : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skylanders_Academy
Continuing on the storylines set by the two previous seasons, this season puts an end to all the ongoing storylines but the one used as cliffhanger at the end of it. Character growth, plot twist and always the same sillyness made it quite enjoyable. I knew no nothing about Spyro except that he was a purple dragon from a videogame, and this show sure helped me learn about him. After getting the trilogy reignited french exclusive book for Lubu, I learned a lot about this little dragon and Skylanders Academy has worked a lot of his storyline into the show. I wouldn't have imagined from a show based to sell a gimmick game. 4,25 barks out of 5

- Attack on titans season 3 first half https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Attack_on_Titan_e...
Continuing with its storylines, with his good points (characters, actions) and weak points (weak plot twists, plot holes solved with Deus Ex Machina when solved at all), you can feel that there is a goal and it's getting close. I'm quite enjoying it, even if the physics errors and the plot holes are making me crinching at times. I really look forward to more episodes, and I hope they don't drag it because you can feel it's so close. 4 barks out of 5

- Voltron legendary defender season 6 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voltron:_Legendary_Defender
After what seems to be the end of the show with this season, we start a new storyline heading toward the final end of the series with season 8. I'll go on with the new storyline when I finish it, but this season brought an end to the main and many smaller storylines throughout its run, refering to many old episodes and previous encounters. It is funny, tense when it need it, interesting and has plot twists and good developpment. I really enjoyed when I don't really remember the original (and the 90's reboot wasn't that great). They sold me on those characters and this robot. I look forward to the end of the second storyline (and while I know it's not really the same thing, I really would like to see Voltron force added as the earth's equivalent to Voltron). 4 barks out of 5

- Big hero 6 the series : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Big_Hero_6:_The_Series
I loved the original movie and I was really eager to watch the tv show. Sadly, the weak points I ignored in the movie became more visible as the series goes on. The characters (who are gods, so different from their comic countepart when I looked them up on wikipedia) are a bit one dimensionned so they are boring after a while, but I still enjoy them (especially Baymax, main reason I looked up the show). The bad guys are archetypical, but I do appreciate the overall story arc that is hidden in unrelated stories at first. 3,75 barks out of 5

- Lego star wars all stars : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lego_Star_Wars
The latest lego star wars show starts as a complex series of shorts that later were released as entire episode, so it was a bit confusing following getting them all. In short, this series of somewhat unrelated stories are in reality the stories of the Freemakers before and after the tv shows with their names. It's funny and silly, and use a lot of references to Star Wars lore, much more than for example the recent Star Wars resistance shows. I strongly advised to give it a look 4,25 barks out of 5

- Marvel superhero shorts https://www.imdb.com/title/tt7726152/
Continuing with those episodes who fills like one of those children lesson episodes from the 80's and 90's, it mixes the cartoons style of the current Marvel shows and the one of the kids one. It's confusing and the lessons (and the stories) are really really bland and stereotypical. 2 barks out of 5

-Castlevania season 2 : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Castlevania_(TV_series)
After a cliffhanger first season, this one carries the real story, like the previous one was just a trailer. Interesting characters, great plots, twists and really great actions scenes. I don't know how it relate to the games, but I sure had quite a lot of fun discovering the lore (which they take time to explains) and universe. They also devote an entire last episode to get us ready for the third season. Whoohoo 4,75 barks ouf of 5.
