My problems with Goblin Slayer

So I've seen some people praising that and I just can't agree with it. One of problems is more a nitpick and the other is a logical fallacy that is solved super easily.

1: My first issue is that it's "shocking" scenes I just can't take seriously. While the first issue one works as it should and I was thinking it's using the tropes to bait in the weebs and then slap them in the face. But the more I read the more polarizing it becomes. Like you got scenes where the main group is engaged in regular anime trope scenes and fan service sections so when you get to the rape and guro stuff it's hard to see that besides a fetish by the creator. I mean there is a whole page shown with goblin leader raping multiple women. It servers no purpose besides filling a page or fueling a fetish. Specially coz previous panels already covered that. You even get a scene where a conan look alike is killed in a scene similar to that. There is no purpose to adding more of that. It's just hard to grasp to me.

2: No logical following of the problem. In the first issue is shown that goblins are actually pretty dangerous in groups. And it is shown that people know how they work. So why would you ever send a female fighting those? If we are looking at that logically coz they know goblins kidnap human women, rape them, get them to birth new goblins and then eat them why would you ever risk giving them more. I just can't understand the logic of actual people in this world doing that. Even if it's considered to be grunt work it'd be logical for any adventure guild to not take that risk. And it's shown that writer has some really good ideas but how this is not addressed still boggles my mind. Like the high tier elf girl in party had to witness this to get on board of goblin slaying tasks.

The problem is I really like what is presented and main character is amazing but I just can't recommend it coz gawd is that damn thing polarizing. I mean if I can who has no experience in writing spot a simple plot problem like that I don't know how the story can't. General apathy just can't explain the dumb logic so the only conclusion I can think off is forced writing for shock value or fetish fuel.

That concept have been done a lot of time anyway ESPECIALLY in porn, but with orcs instead of goblins.

I like goblin slayer sure it has flaws but every anime does. I dont think its a fetish with the goblins raping its explained mutiple times why they do that and sure they could just not send women adventures on the missions but here is the thing. Women adveturers are the ones that take the quest they are not forced to take the quest and the person handing out the quest is not allowed to deture them from it they can give advice at best like maybe you should get a bigger party to take this quest or somthing like that. But they cant turn them away from one thats their job. But the anine is called goblin slayer so sadly there has to be goblins to slay kinda the hole point of the anime right now. Plus there are other side storys right now were the first party Goblin slayer teamed up with is facing their own crises with a rock eater. I like the fact that its showing the message of you dont think or plan out things or fuck up bad shit happens. But thats just my take on it.

Yea but the way it's treated makes the characters seems like absolute idiots. Some know exactly what's going on while other are shocked to find out about it. If you are going to be a adventurer of any kind I expect you to know some kinda of idea of what you are going against. This applies to any kind of enemy. And even some of the higher ranking adventurers go into stuff with no plan. It's just a weird contrast seeing how they are as strong as you need them for a story to be from time to time.

True but the other thing thats being hit on moatly in the manga and not in the show just yer is that higher up adventures dont bother with goblins or hunt them to the extent that goblin slayer does nor do they care since they worry more about the other monsters so they dont know or expect the upgrades some goblins get or how clever they can be they just still consider them dumb goblins and easy kills not worth their time. Now the elf girl yeah i was co fused why she would be so sickened when she should know this is what they do but hearing things and seeing things for your self some times can be a big difference

Again. As I said. It's more what serves the story than what would make sense. And gawd does stuff like that annoy me.
