Hope everybody had a good summer and if you heading to college for your freshman year or returning I hope the first few months adjusting are not too bumpy. As for me things have been a little chaotic as while I have gotten hired in I was still in the middle of my training and juggling two jobs so that has hardly left me much time or energy to sit down and write a lot of story down. Getting a moment to even get worldbuilding has been a trying effort!
I can say that things are going well with my new project though! I even have a name for it which I call Tales of Astral I am a huge Tales nerd and I just couldn't help to have some influences from the game in it right up to the bleeding title.
The story takes place in the world of Mineral, where Pokemon live with no interaction with humans at all. There are four regions in the world, the militaristic Sango, steampunk Aurora, futuristic Dancouga and the religious Lore. Lucas is still going to be our main hero though he will be joined by individuals that were planned to appear in Gaiden, but sadly I was unable to get around to it due to creative differences with Bluebean.
I'll be releasing little tourist documents going a little more in-depth with each region so you all have something to chew on each week until we finally get started with the story itself! Now that I've locked myself in there is no way out (ahahaha *sobbing*)
Not only that I've started learning how to draw and I can't thank enough the supportive network of friends I've made while working on Gaiden and helping with Garden of Eden that offered their hands to pick me up during that scary time when I chose to leave Garden of Eden behind. I've been at it since the start of July but I feel its about time to start uploading to the net and what better time than Inktober itself? Anyway I hope you all look forward to new content and such that hopefully I can provide on a consistant schedule!
