I have someone helping me with twitter, Im not social media saavy at all.. But its starting to look like twitter transcodes video, supposedly adjusting quality based on your network connection. I am getting the same problem when I view it too (Even on the PC) and I have the fastest possible service. It seems to improve if you let it play through a couple times or refresh it. Sorry I dont have a solution at the moment :/

I have a greasemonkey script that does it, but it's still a pain, and as you can see, the filenames are useless. Plus twitter has no real standardized tagging system
