Sibirskaia!

Salvete!

Okay!  Here. We. Go.

I just finished posting all of The Masters and A Warm Bed.  So, it's time for Sibirskaia!  Sibirskaia, in general, has chapters of a significantly longer length than most of the chapters of Forbidden/CameronHotel/AngelofYiff, A Warm Bed, or The Masters.  So going forward, you can expect just ONE chapter a day, instead of two, in order that I don't completely overwhelm you.  There are a total of 30 chapters (and two extras), so it'll take a little over a month, even if there are no interruptions.

This is my proudest work, so I really hope you guys enjoy it.  I look forward to any comments or PMs you feel like sharing.

A little background info...

Phil Anthro Pist and I originally wrote A Warm Bed and The Masters side-by-side.  We'd release a chapter of one, then a chapter of the other, and so on.  Years later, when I re-released them, I changed the upload schedule because I realized that the story of A Warm Bed takes place over a much longer period of time than The Masters, and I wanted to release them chronologically.  But why would that matter?

Because they're the same story.  See, after a while of doing this, Phil and I thought "Wouldn't it be cool if the two stories crossed over?  We could make Scott and James (from AWB) be teachers at Elliot & Hunter's school (from TM)!"  And we did exactly that with the twelfth chapters of AWB & TM, as you may have already seen.  But we had plans to go one step further.  When The Masters and A Warm Bed were done with their 15 chapter runs, we were planning a "Masters Season 2" (kind of like The Cameron Hotel was the second "season" of Forbidden).  And Season 2 was going to continue the crossover, by making James a primary Masters character, and giving Jeff & Scott occasional cameos.

But then...I fell off the face of the planet.  We never finished AWB & TM, and never got to make TM Season 2.  So when I came back five years later and started re-uploading everything, I decided to fix that.  But I changed my plans a little bit.  Instead of doing The Masters Season 2, I decided to let Scott, Jeff, and James have a bigger role, and to create...

Sibirskaia!

A legit crossover series taking place in the town they all live in, and picking up where AWB & TM left off.  Unlike my previous three series, though, I would write this one entirely on my own.  As such, it's a little heavier on narration, introspection, and internal monologues, and a little lighter on dialogue.  And each chapter is longer, to boot.  I started writing it in 2013, and didn't finish it until 2017, but it still takes place, as the dates state, in the fall of 2013.  So if references seem out of date, just know that it's intentional.

Also,  For a final bit of trivia!  I mentioned, when I posted my journals about my previous series, that I like having a theme for my chapter names?  Lines of dialogue. Latin words, or "The Masters of..."?  Well Sibirskaia is no exception.  But its chapter names are a bit more complicated.  Sibirskaia is broken up into eight sub-stories:
 - Chapters 1-4 are "An Unusual Family"
 - Chapters 5-10 are "Blood & Water"
 - Chapters 11-15 are "No More Lies"
 - Chapters 16, 21, & 22 are "Sticks & Stones"
 - Chapters 17-20 are "Your Local 12 O'Clock News"
 - Chapters 24-26 are "Casualties of War"
 - Chapters 27-29 are "Taking the Stage"
 - And chapter 30 is the stand-alone finale.
And each one of these arcs has their own naming conventions for their chapters.  You should be able to pick up on the patterns as I release them.

Anyway, that's all!  I'll post Sibirskaia Chapter 1 tomorrow, and continue to release it over the next month, until it's done!
