Pose dolls ? Other anatomical references?

Just curious if any artists that may watch me have any tips for anatomy and getting better at poses. I try to use references and do gesture drawings but I get so frustrated x_x Does anyone use any pose dolls or anything like that to get specific pose references down? It's so frustrating to feel like nothing is helping my anatomy improve at all >n< I feel like I can't even perspective or anything blehhhh!

I actually use myself a lot. Like, I'll go take a couple pictures of me posing in almost exactly how I want the drawing to look, then condense it down into cub size. This helps a lot with perspective for me as well. The only hard part is I have super long fingers and weird arms, but that can be fixed by looking at other references

Ive used that before and I really like it ;w; I just wish I could afford the pro version XD there's some more cub like dolls on the site that you can only really access on there if you have the pro license if I understand correctly DX

I know I see some artists use clay in order to get all the poses they want or need which helps a lot with lighting as well. I use the 3D models that they provide on Clip Studio, myself.

There's a program called DesignDoll which is what I use, heck I even use the free version and I've managed to make the models look pretty cub-like myself before now.
