I sat there on my knees, on the cold metal floor looking over the edge of this human made metal structure down at the two death claws and the two rad scorpions. I was dressed in a brown trench jacket with a hard metal chest plate and two metal shoulder pads for protection along with dusty pants and a riot shotgun holstered on my back. I looked up at red and asked "Red, why are the rad scorpions and death claws not fighting" waging my tail that was pushed through a rip in the pants that i had made. Red dressed in a dusty brown jacket and military boots with a hunting shotgun on her back replied "mmm i don't know maybe there not in the mood today.
I came to my feet and told her i was leaving and thanked her for the supplies that her and her men had given me. I turned around and walked up the stairs up to the some of her men said my good byes and left the underground city. climbing out of the man hole looking into the light of the afternoon squinting my eyes i turned to ray who was sleeping on a bench waiting for me to come out. "Hay, wake up!" i yelled from the man hole. He jumped to his feet dressed in his black duster he had take from a dead man back at the legion base along with a fire axe and hand cannon.
"What took you so damn long?" he said. I laughed "oh i was making bets on animal fights". He stared at me evily "You're going to waste all of our money and then I'm going to have to slap that exposed heart of yours around" I looked around at the old buildings with the broken windows and dirt everywhere. "where are we going next dude?" i said. ray sat down on the bench taking out his hand cannon inspecting it. "Lets explore the area some more, or we can always go check out that place Jacob's town that old guy in that hotel was talking about."
Shocked staring at him my ears twitching. ray has always hated going long distances without breaks and Jacob's town was a two days walk from where we currently were. " Why wanting to go such a distance ray, Hmm?" He replied with a " What? I can't suddenly want to go places? Besides we might find some nice poontang Lawl" I laughed and sat next to him and told him we should set up camp for the night before we head out. He nodded his head and we started a fire and set up our sleeping bags in a nearby building where we blocked our selves in and slept till the next morning where we would set out for Jacob's town.
