Digital art post again. I'll just feel like I talk into the wind since no one sees my crap

This just may be my last journal here. I'll put up stuff every so often, but writing will surely stop.

When starting messing with this nearly 3 months ago I was all gung-ho and exited, but it was so overwhelming as all hell from not knowing anyhing! The jump from not knowing jack to comprehend super basic concepts in digital art was and still is way too much for me. Maybe I really am that stupid!

I have seen many instructional videos on you tube and have spent hours reading tutorials online and this stuff is still Greek to me. My last posts where I shared a couple of cheater art sites, nobody saw. So hence the disabled commenting, Nobody sees my crap anyway so why should bother writing anymore?

mentioned a few months ago on a journal he did of the topic and mentioned about tracing art, but since I was such a n00b I thought he referred to tracing other's art or pictures. I was strongly against that! But now that thinking more, I evolved to think that if you created the first sketch you can do that for your own stuff.

Yeah, So I've been trying like heck to clean up the black and white sketch of my fursona that I was so happy and proud about in early April by underlaying it, -----> https://inkbunny.net/s/1580184 And attempting to take a stab at this digital art stuff I totally ef' up. I have seen dozens of videos and have wasted many hours to try to clean up and add color to my little sorry sketch and holy FK! That is hard as hell!

I've have miserably fallen flat on my face a lot of times. So, the sites I shared on my last journal, the ones that help clean up your at that I said I will never use. I still had to go back to Ms Paint. The same stuff I've been doodling with for close to 30 years with to add color and fix up leaking color lines. Yeah, I'm pretty lame. 😣 The result is here -----> https://flic.kr/p/JzzuVc Its just a throw away bit just to mess around, and not worthy for this site. As mentioned earlier, that's the reason why its not hosted here on IB. I still want to find a way to see if I can use my sketch and really clean it up and add descent color without MS. Paint. But trying to use proper drawing software, so far I keep hitting walls left and right. I have literally seen hours of instructional you tube videos and gotten nowhere. 🙄

LOL! I still have humongous trouble with the layers stuff and now add the channels stuff! WTH? man! I just may forever be stuck/relegated doodling using Windows 95 MS era Paint or just quit this all together 😑 Oh well. I used MS Paint to create my user icon I have used in other sites back in 2005 with a little help from a GIF animator freeware program.

Well in conclusion to this journal nobody will read, I just feel so danged defeated and disillusioned. Its something that I was so hopeful getting into but, no dice. Ah! what can I say? That I'm a failure. 😥
