System online........Recording.....
Name:Lilly
Profession:Golemancy

*lilly would appear on the recording her long hair down and her eyes glowing dim. Her ears would be drooping as she took a deep breath*

It has been three years now since the attack on lions arch, I figured it is time i tell this story. *she would rest her head in her hands*

It was a peaceful time in lions arch, life was simple, i worked in my lab in the basement of the house i bought.

*An image of a small home would appear in the holo showing lilly working on a crudely made prosthetic leg. The limb would flicker before sizzling out causing lilly to slam her hands against the desk. "why can't i figure this out! What keeps shorting the power relay" she growled to her self. As lilly worked on the arm a rather short charr female would wrap her arms around the asura with a soft purr "relax dear, getting upset at your work will not help" The charr would then nuzzle lilly on the top of her head lilly's black hair almost blending with the dark grey fur of the charr. "Here i brought you lunch" she said as she placed a plate on the desk near by. as lilly moved to the desk the image would fade the last thing being shown was the loving blue gaze the charr gave the asura*

But peace does not last for long, we where ment to leave for rata sum three days prior to scarlet's attack on Lions arch. *she would pause for a moment as she seemed to shiver slightly* I-i was to fixated on finishing my work to see the danger looming over the city. The day she attacked Harrah and i did not want to run, we chose to stay and fight. At the time i was a simple necromancer, using undead to fight. My ...My love was a skilled guardian, she had a will that could light up even the darkest of nights. As we escorted some villagers to a gate one of those cursed beams was fired from scarlet's ship.

*lilly would start to cry slightly as a head cam style recording would appear. The recording clearly came from lilly as it showed the charr and a bunch of frightened villagers. Lilly would be covering the flank while Harrah cut through the enemies. As they approached the gate a red beam would shine down on the group. Lilly would quickly use her magic to push the villagers out of the radius. She would then look to Harrah who was standing over lilly for a moment then the recording would go spinning as if lilly was thrown. As it recovered the recording would catch Harrah as her shield shattered. The charr would let out a loud scream before the beam ended, it would leave nothing but charred bones of the once lovely charr. Lilly quickly ran over to her lovers remains and attempted to use her magic to try and help. After a few moments she heard the villagers scream causing her to turn to them. she knew she had to finish the job, that Harrah would never forgive her otherwise. Lilly torn with grief escorted the villagers to the gate, she bid them farewell before turning. the cam would be removed showing lilly's face, her eyes filled with tears. "I will join you soon Harrah, and then we can protect the mist together" she said as she dropped the camera. It would show lilly walk in to a group of monsters ripping them apart with a single swing of her blade before being struck by another one of the beams*

You see, m-my lovely Harrah did not make it out of that attack. I-in all rights i should be with her now but, when the beam hit me i felt that warm embrace that always calmed me. As i felt my body slowly falling apart i turned to see my lovely wife standing there, she smile before placing her hand on my head and purring "do not give up love, you have an invention to finish, one that can help many who are injured in this war." I suddenly felt a sharp pain in my right arm as the beam faded, I looked to find my arm was missing, the beam missed my body by a few inches. As i staggered my way to where she was struck down i found not her bones but my blade. As i grabbed the weapon with my left hand i felt the same comfort that she provided, it did not take long for me to figure out that she placed her soul in to my necromantic blade. As i lifted it i felt as if she was right there with me, i then knew what i needed to do. With the blade i worked my way back to my home and prepared to attach the prototype golem-tech arm i have been working on. Sadly without Harrah preparations where slow. Eventually i managed to attach the arm to my body, at first it did not work. as i re-calibrated it i noticed an error in the code. upon changing it the arm hummed to life and i had movement in it. Though sluggish i would be able to complete Harrah's wish of helping escort the innocents out of the city.

Now you know, the charr that no one remembers. One of the many who died defending their home and those they love. This is why i must become strong, next time danger finds me and my loved one i want to be able to face it head on and crush it.

*lilly would get up her eyes still filled with tears* i hope those who find this enjoy my tale. And remember to show those you love, just how much each day. Because one day they could be taken from you. And remember all the nameless heroes who died defending lions arch, those like my Harrah. *the entry would end with a picture of Harrah and lilly embracing one another*

((To those of you who read this, i hope you enjoyed it. i did not plan how to write this i simply let my character speak for her self. This is in honor of lilly's first love and wife Harrah, the person who played her was a dear friend of mine, sadly she passed away due to a weak heart. Her birthday is coming up soon and i wanted to share the tale that i spun to explain why she is not longer with us. I miss her dearly but i must move on, i have made some friends but no one really has stuck around. The person who plays Attus has been kind enough to keep my mind off of the past when they are able. ))
